The Green House Certificate is the first Polish multi-criteria assessment system for residential buildings – single- and multi-family.
It was created as part of the SMARTER Finance for Families project. The company is responsible for its development, implementation, and oversight of the certification process.
Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC)
It distinguishes homes with high ecological quality and energy efficiency, along with the associated low operating costs. It is a distinguishing feature of a given investment.
Newly constructed buildings can apply for the Green House Certificate. Obtaining the certificate requires meeting a number of specific criteria. These are divided into the following areas:
construction investment management,
place and location,
materials and resources used,
water management,
health and comfort of users,
optimizing energy consumption.
One of the requirements is also the participation of an Accredited Green House Certification Auditor in the investment process.
The auditor is responsible for initiating, reporting and implementing system requirements throughout the investment certification process, as well as for fulfilling the requirements of individual loans and optimizing available solutions to achieve the best possible level of certification.
He is in constant contact with the certification body and is responsible for the timeliness and reliability of reporting on the progress of the certification process.

Development of guidelines for modifying design assumptions in order for the investment to meet the requirements necessary to obtain the Green House Certificate.
